Refund policy

You have 30 days to return or exchange items received from McKERNAN. Please send returns and exchanges to:

McKernan Woollen Mills, Tuamgraney, Co. Clare, V94 R1W4, Ireland

Please include your receipt, along with the reason for return (please be as detailed as possible). We kindly ask that all items are carefully packed and returned by recorded post. The card used for payment will be refunded upon receipt of the item. Please make sure the item is unworn, with original tags and packaging, is not damaged or marked in anyway, washed or smelling of smoke, aftershave, perfume or washing powder. Any returned orders from outside the Republic of Ireland need to be marked: "Returned Irish Goods and No VAT or Duty Due" so that no taxes are levied. Please note that you will be refunded for the price of the item but not the postage, unless the item is faulty.

LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES 

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will track your parcel. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the courier classes items as being lost. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
