CHERISH

Rounded blooms strung in vertical lines above a checked grid below, the two halves running into one another rather than sitting as separate blocks. Knitted using tubular jacquard, a technique that knits two layers at once, front and back, so the two colours swap places between them for a reversible, double sided pattern, here built from three colours: one runs constant through the whole design, while the other two shift wherever the motif changes. Light and fine, it works as easily indoors as out, layered under a coat or worn alone on a mild day.
